What's been done

Letiks is a rebranding and redesign of my previous concept, Hubletics. My main focus was creating a mobile-first experience tailored to how gym-goers track progress in real time. The resulting MVP enables users to log workouts and manage plans through an interface designed for speed and intuition in a gym setting.

Context

Letiks was created out of the need for a simple tool focused purely on tracking workouts and strength progress. By stripping away unnecessary social features, the app focuses on a single core objective. This project was also an opportunity for me to further develop my mobile UI design skills.

User Interview Question

If I were to conduct an interview with users about the Letiks application, my goal would be to learn about their preferences regarding the use of fitness apps, to understand what bothers them in the solutions they currently use, and to discover their needs and expectations towards such a tool

  • How do you track your workout progress?
  • How often do you training?
  • What do you expect from our application?
  • Have you ever used any application to track your workouts?
  • Do you create your own workout plans?
  • Would you like to create your own workout plans within the app?
  • Do many of your friends go to the gym?
  • What is the most difficult part of your workouts?
  • Do you go to a public gym or work out at home?
  • What difficulties do you encounter at the gym?
  • What motivates you the most to work out?
  • What motivates you the most to work out?
  • What makes you quit or lose consistency in your workouts?

Hypothesis Statement

  • If we provide a more user-friendly interface, users will prefer our app over competitors because it makes workouts easier to track.
  • If the main dashboard shows richer statistics, users will feel more motivated and emotionally satisfied.
  • If we allow users to create personalized workout plans, they will engage more consistently because the app matches their individual goals.
  • If we add a photo-based body progress feature, users will feel more motivated as they can clearly see their improvements.
  • If we introduce one standout feature, it can attract users from competing apps.
  • If we integrate social features, such as sharing progress with friends, users will feel more motivated and engaged.
  • If we provide workout reminders and notifications, users will maintain training consistency.
  • If the app offers clear onboarding and guidance, new users will adopt it faster and stay longer.

Competitor Audit

I audited the leading strength training apps and observed that most of them provide very similar functionalities. My project focuses strictly on the core goal - workout tracking.

Information Architecture

The information architecture of the LETIKS training app maps out how users interact with its different sections. A clear and well-organized structure ensures a seamless and intuitive navigation experience.
